Because all orders are custom made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photo or video proof of the damage.

  • If the damage appears to be caused by the postal service (e.g., crushed or torn packaging), you will need to file a claim directly with the postal carrier.

  • If the packaging is intact but the product is damaged, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If the address was correct but the package was delivered incorrectly by the postal service, a claim must be filed with them, as this is out of our control and not eligible for a refund.

Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend reaching out to the carrier for further assistance.
